CANCELLATION POLICY

Once You register within the App You can use Our search engine to find the INSTAGLAM Professional on the basis of Your given inputs (e.g. location, services provided, rating).

The relevant booking will be confirmed by the in-App notification as well as an email acknowledging receipt of the booking which may include, the time of the booking, the price of the booked Services, the Professional details and the Professional’s special terms and conditions (if any).

You are required to present a copy of the email acknowledgment receipt of the booking to the Professional if required to do so.

If You wish to cancel Your confirmed booking you are required to contact Us immediately by email at customercare@instaglam.co or call us on+971 50 550 7477

If You cancel Twenty Four (24) hours or more prior to Your confirmed appointment then a full refund will be processed (estimated at 3-5 working days), but any cancellation less than Twenty Four (24) hours prior to the confirmed appointment will be partially charged (50%), any cancellation less than Six (6) working hours prior to the confirmed appointment will be fully charged to You..

Our Working hour are from 9:00AM to 9:00PM from Sunday till Thursday (Weekdays), and from 10:00AM till 5:00PM on Friday and Saturday (Weekends)

In case the Professional cancels or does not show up to the appointment then a full refund will be granted, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or via credit to the User account.

The booking amount will be held at the time when a booking request is made, but You will be charged when the booking is confirmed by the Professional.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion (but not the obligation), to (I) place on hold any payment and out of pocket expenses, or (II) refund, credit or arrange for the payment of the INSTAGLAM Professional.
