HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE INSTAGLAM BEAUTY APP?

You can download the INSTAGLAM Beauty application on any iOS device.

All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for INSTAGLAM Beauty.

  3. Select the INSTAGLAM Beauty icon.

  4. Tap Get.

  5. When download is complete, tap Install.

  6. In the INSTAGLAM Beauty App, select Login if you already have an account, or Sign Up to create one.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

More than SIX working hours prior to booking time – Get a FULL REFUND

Any cancellation between SIX to TWO prior to booking - Partially Charged (50%)
Less than TWO working hours prior to booking time – NO REFUND
In case of a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

For cancellations customers must contact INSTAGLAM by phone at +971505507477 or by email at customercare@INSTAGLAM.co. Please review our Cancellation Policy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INSTAGLAM PROFESSIONAL CANCELS OR IS A NO-SHOW?

In this scenario, a full refund will be granted to the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

We invite our customers to please provide feedback in case this happens, so we can take action to avoid similar situations in the future. Please contact us at customercare@INSTAGLAM.co.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROFESSIONAL DID NOT CONFIRM THE BOOKING?

INSTAGLAM Professionals are encouraged to confirm all bookings within a certain time frame. That said, we appreciate that our INSTAGLAM Professionals may be busy with other customers and confirmation may be delayed.

The INSTAGLAM Professional should confirm bookings as per the following time-frames:

  1. Bookings due within 24 hours - Should be confirmed by the Professional in under 2 hours.

  2. Bookings due after 24 hours - Should be confirmed by the Professional in under 6 hours.

Otherwise, the booking request will automatically expire, and our system will provide you with other available options that match your initial request.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT SPENT WHEN BOOKING A SERVICE?

Yes, the amount depends on the INSTAGLAM Professional. Each INSTAGLAM Professional sets his/her own minimum amount.

CAN I BOOK SERVICES FROM DIFFERENT PROFESSIONALS AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, as long as the INSTAGLAM Professionals are available and the services can be performed at the same time (for example: you can have your hair done while you are having a mani/pedi).

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR A BOOKING WITH AN INSTAGLAM PROFESSIONAL?

Makeup Booking:

  1. Clean and moisturize your skin.

  2. Prepare any products you would like to use during your makeup application.

  3. Have your outfit ready for makeup color selection.

  4. Select a room with good lighting.

For a specific look, please discuss with the makeup artist prior to application.

Hair Booking:

  1. Haircut or Styling: Wash and brush your hair. Select an area with good lighting and a comfortable chair.

  2. Coloring: Select an area with good lighting and a comfortable chair.

For Nails Booking:

  1. Select an area with good lighting and a comfortable chair.

I AM TRYING TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IN NEXT 30 MINUTES BUT I CANNOT FIND ANY INSTAGLAM PROFESSIONALS?

Unfortunately, our system has a lead time of Three hours. This allows our INSTAGLAM Professionals to prepare the materials needed and reach the location on time for the booking. As such and to ensure our service always meets your expectations please allow a minimum of 3 hours for bookings.

HOW DO I CREATE AN INSTAGLAM PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT?

  1. Download the INSTAGLAM Beauty Application from the App Store.

  2. SIGN UP as a Professional.

  3. Fill in all the required details to complete your profile (basic information, beauty services, and certifications, etc.).

  4. Our team will reach out to you, in order to finalize the profile and set up a face to face interview

  5. After the interview if all goes well, then your profile will be approved and you can then start receiving booking requests.

I WAS ASKED TO SET MY WORKING HOURS, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Working hours are the standard operating hours for the Professional within INSTAGLAM’s platform which govern, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Professionals availability.

  2. Time frame for accepting booking requests.

  3. Lead time.

WHAT DOES AVAILABILITY MEAN?

By setting your availability on your calendar, you are confirming that you are free to perform your offered beauty services at that specific day and time.
Customers can book your service at any time according to your set availability.
YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE YOUR AVAILABILITY SETTINGS BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT CONFIRMED BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED. IN CASE YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO A CONFIRMED BOOKING, YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE COMMISSION OWED TO INSTAGLAM, AND COULD FACE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM THE PLATFORM.

I WAS ASKED TO ENTER A LEAD TIME. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Lead Time is the minimum time required by the Professional to be notified prior to a booking, currently the minimum lead time is 3 hours and the maximum is 48 hours

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM A BOOKING?

  1. Bookings due within 24 hours must be confirmed within in under 2 hours.

  2. Bookings due after 24 hours must be confirmed in under 6 hours.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A CUSTOMER IS LATE TO THE BOOKING?

You must immediately contact INSTAGLAM’s team, and we will get in touch with the customer, and guide you on what to do next.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

You must notify us on +97150557477 if you will be late to a confirmed booking.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and no payment will be made to you.


You will be liable to the commission owed to INSTAGLAM and maybe be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform.

WHEN WILL THE INSTAGLAM PROFESSIONAL GET PAID?

INSTAGLAM Professional's will be paid on 21 days cycles
